By accessing and using QR Analyzer ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

QR Analyzer provides QR code generation and analytics services. The Service allows you to:

• Create and customize QR codes
• Track QR code scans and analytics
• Manage multiple QR codes from a dashboard
• Access detailed scan reports and insights

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create QR codes linking to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Analyzer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the QR codes you create and the content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Analyzer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
